DAN is a partner with Odom & Company, L.L.P.
Dan, a graduate of High Point College, now
High Point University, began his practice as a CPA in 1963.
In addition to extensive experience in audits, financial,
tax and estate planning, Dan is a Certified Valuation Analyst
and performs business valuations for many purposes including
business sales and purchases, marital dissolutions, estate
administration and tax reporting, and business succession
planning and gifting. He is active in forensic accounting,
providing litigation support to attorneys representing our
clients.
Dan is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association
of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Business
Appraisers, and the National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts.

KAREN is a partner with Odom & Company, L.L.P.
Karen is a 1982 graduate of the University
of North Carolina at Greensboro and began her accounting career
with the Firm in 1987, becoming a Partner in 1994.
In addition to her experience in financial,
tax and estate planning, Karen is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and works with those who are going through divorce by assisting
the clients and their attorneys with the tax and financial
aspects that impact their present and future situations. Tax
and financial planning, asset discovery, spousal support and
expert witness are a few of the areas in which she assists
divorce clients.
Karen is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association
of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute for Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.

KAREN, a graduate of Averette College, now
Averett University, in Danville, VA, began working in the
accounting field in 1989 after being awarded the Bachelor
of Arts degree in Accounting.
Karen joined the accounting staff of Odom & Company,
L.L.P. in 1995. Karen, as Tax Manager, concentrates in tax
planning and compliance, especially in the areas of estates
and trusts.
Karen is a member of the North Carolina Association
of Certified Public Accountants.
LYDIA C. CUSTER, CPA

LYDIA, a native of Maryland, graduated in
1994 from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting and became a member of the accounting staff
of Odom & Company, L.L.P. in 1997. Lydia’s concentration
is in the area of tax planning and compliance including individuals,
corporations and non-profit organizations. Lydia is a member
of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Lisa, a native of High Point, NC, is a graduate of High Point University. Previously with the Internal Revenue Service. Lisa joined the staff of Odom & Company, L.L.P. in 2004. She concentrates in the areas of audits, tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profit organizations. Lisa is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
